Please Note: Frozen Format only applies for your smoothie and allows you to blend your smoothie at home. It is recommended for a 3 Day Cleanse but not required. If you wish to select fresh, you must pick up your Day 3 smoothie on Day 2 of your cleanse. 1 Day or 2 Day Cleanses are recommended with either option and do not require an additional pickup if Fresh is selected.
